A leading financial services company in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Corporate Finance professional. Responsibilities include preparing and co-ordinating corporate finance work such as IPOs and mergers. Candidates should have a degree in finance or accounting and at least 2 years of relevant experience. Strong interpersonal skills and an understanding of regulatory requirements are essential. This role offers an opportunity to work independently within a dynamic team environment.
Prepare, review, evaluate and co-ordinate Corporate Finance work comprising IPO, merger & acquisition, fund raising via the capital market and structured finance, project feasibility study, valuation modelling etc
Liaise with internal Head Office departments, operating units and external parties (including lawyer, valuer, investment bank etc) for the preparation of board papers, announcements, convening of listed company EGM and submissions to relevant authorities.
Co-ordinate the completion of Corporate Finance proposals.
Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or equivalent.
Candidate shall have at least 2 years experience in corporate finance or other finance related function
Must possess working knowledge of the regulatory requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad and the Securities Commission.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Able to work independently and committed to meet deadlines.
