Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years' relevant experience in tax or accounting.
  • Strong understanding of Malaysian accounting and taxation principles, regulations, and compliance timelines.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare full sets of individual and corporate tax computations and handle related tax matters.
  • Assist in preparing and filing individual, corporate, and other tax return forms.
  • Manage estimation of tax payable, revisions of tax estimates, and ensure timely submissions.
  • Liaise with authorities and clients to resolve queries and ensure smooth tax processes.

Skills

What you will be doing (Key Responsibilities):
  • Prepare full sets of individual and corporate tax computations and handle related tax matters.
  • Assist in preparing and filing individual, corporate, and other tax return forms (e.g., Form E, BE, B, C).
  • Manage estimation of tax payable, revisions of tax estimates, and ensure timely submission of Form CP204/CP204A.
  • Monitor and track filing deadlines to ensure timely submission of all tax documents.
  • Prepare corporate and individual tax returns and supporting schedules with accuracy and compliance.
  • Liaise with authorities and clients to resolve queries and ensure smooth tax processes.
What do we need from you (Job Requirements):
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience in tax or accounting.
  • Strong understanding of Malaysian accounting and taxation principles, regulations, and compliance timelines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting/tax software.
  • Language: English and Bahasa Malaysia required; Mandarin is an added advantage.
