  • 6-month foundation program leading to Management Trainee tiers: Crew, Crew Trainer, Crew Leader.
  • Tier 1 – Crew: focus on production, food and drink production, cleanliness, customer service.
  • Tier 2 – Crew Trainer: detailed company policies, customer engagement, frontline role.
  • Tier 3 – Crew Leader: zone production management, coaching Crews.
Qualifications
  • Certificate/Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in F&B, Retail Management, Business Management, Hospitality.
  • Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
  • Available for shifts, weekends, public holidays.
  • Willing to relocate/is transferable.
Benefits
  • Diploma/Degree: RM10.25/hour or RM2,000/month.
  • Working schedule: 6 days a week, 8‑hour shift rotation.
