A global operations leader role is open in Malaysia. This senior position oversees Lam Manufacturing Malaysia, focusing on operational excellence and regional expansion. We help Lam deliver industry-leading solutions with speed and efficiency, while actively supporting the resilient and profitable growth of Lam's business.

As a senior leader within Global Operations, you will oversee Lam Manufacturing Malaysia, our largest and most strategic site and play a critical role in driving operational excellence and regional expansion.
Reporting to the Site General Manager, you will lead factory operations and collaborate with global stakeholders across Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Logistics, Trade Compliance, Finance, and Order Fulfillment. Your leadership will be instrumental in building a resilient organization that consistently delivers on Safety, Quality, Cost, and Delivery while shaping the future of Lam’s manufacturing footprint in Asia.

Lam offers a variety of work location models based on the needs of each role. Our hybrid roles combine the benefits of on-site collaboration with colleagues and the flexibility to work remotely and fall into two categories – On-site Flex and Virtual Flex. ‘On-site Flex’ you’ll work 3+ days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, with the opportunity to work remotely for the balance of the week. ‘Virtual Flex’ you’ll work 1-2 days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, and remotely the rest of the time.
