What You’ll Be Doing

• Manage inbound & outbound calls, emails, and live chats in English, Mandarin & Bahasa Malaysia
• Guide customers on import & export requirements for different destinations
• Escalate shipments that need special attention or urgent handling
• Clearly articulate customer issues and requests to internal teams
• Update case statuses and progress in our CRM system
• Resolve backend and operational issues to ensure smooth deliveries
• Support ad-hoc tasks assigned by Management

What We're Looking For

• Familiar with CRM system (or eager to learn) & proficient in MS Office
• Typing speed 50 WPM and above
