We are seeking a talented and experienced Personal Assistant/Office Assistant to join our team in Kampar, Perak. As a key member of our administrative support staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our office operations.

What you'll be doing
  • Providing comprehensive administrative support to the senior management team, including diary management, scheduling appointments, and coordinating travel arrangements
  • Handling a wide range of administrative tasks, such as document preparation, filing, and record-keeping
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, responding to inquiries and coordinating communication
  • Assisting with event planning and organisation, ensuring successful execution of meetings, events, and other activities
  • Demonstrating a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuously seeking ways to improve office efficiency and productivity
  • Shooting vides, taking photo for events and posting on social media
What we're looking for
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar PA/Office Assistant role, preferably within a fast‑paced, high‑performing environment
  • Fresh grad without working experince is also welcome to apply
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and work effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant office software
