Job description

Responsibilities

• Lead the construction team and implement all policies, activities, procedures, instructions as relevant
• Plan, manage, monitor and control project operations.
• Plan, coordinate and monitor sub-contractor’s activities at project sites.
• Maintain good housekeeping and implement ESH practices.
• Ensure that all works carried out are in accordance with the drawings, specifications, construction plan, procedures, work instruction, etc.
• Review and monitor site works productivity and arrange for resources as required.
• Ensure that inspection and tests are carried out as per Inspection and Test Plans and that all quality control mechanisms are being used. Results of such to conform to specifications.
• Report project progress to Top Management.
• Undertake any and all other duties and responsibilities as so instructed by Management

Requirements

• Degree in Civil Engineering/Architecture/Construction Management or equivalent.
• Must have 3-5 years of working experince as Project Manager in Construction industry (Building)
• Based and work at project site in Shah Alam.
• Strong , analytical and good leadership skills.
• Mature, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills and able to interact well with all parties concerned.
