Based on IT infrastructure planning, responsible for the construction, operation, maintenance, and management of IT intelligent low‑voltage systems at the Malaysia plant, including IT server rooms, racks, servers, and other hardware equipment, ensuring the integrity, availability, and reliability of IT facilities.

According to IT infrastructure processes and business department requirements, responsible for the allocation, installation, deployment, training, operation, maintenance, and management of various IT end‑user devices at the Malaysia plant.

In line with IT information security requirements, ensure the effective implementation of information security policies at the Malaysia plant, promptly identify potential security risks and vulnerabilities, and coordinate with the Group Information Security team to resolve related issues.

Responsible for the operation and maintenance of IT application systems at the Malaysia plant, such as SAP, OA, WMS, and SRM, including issue collection, new requirement gathering, and assisting the Group IT team in solution design, documentation preparation, system testing, and user training.

Assist the Group IT team in handling other IT‑related matters and perform ad hoc tasks as assigned by the superior.

Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Familiarity with business processes in the non‑standard automation equipment industry is preferred.
  • 0‑3 years relevant experience in IT infrastructure and IT application system operations and maintenance.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in both Chinese and English, with strong interpersonal and coordination abilities.
  • Proactive, with strong logical thinking and learning capabilities; demonstrates excellent service awareness, a high sense of responsibility, and strong teamwork spirit.
