Prepare the sales order documents (Shop Drawing, Sales Order excel sheet, Cutting list & BOQ) for supply & project orders from Engineers or Sales Executives.

Calculate the raw material ratio and key in the MOM system to generate the costing report.

Prepare the fabrication drawing for confirmed orders (supply & project).

Prepare the submission drawing (supply & project).

Ensure that all operations are inbound with the pertinent guidelines and policies of the company.

Ensure all enquiries from superiors or customers are addressed on time.

Calculate the galvanizing weight breakdown for products and send to accounts for stock in the items.

Prepare the submission drawing for supply & project as assigned by the Project Manager.

Assist the Project Manager with any tasks assigned.

Maintain calculation sheets, templates, and formulas to improve productivity.

Maintain the Synology folders for Sales, Production, and Procurement departments.

Provide approximate Monthly/Weekly Reports.

Support in achieving department goals and ensure personal goals are met as per schedule.

Write and revise the technical operational process manual, procedures, and standard forms.

Generate forms to streamline and accelerate process flow.

Job Requirements:

Minimum Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field.

At least 5 years of relevant experience in drafting, preferably for steel works.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3D Modeling Software, BIM, and MS Office.

Knowledge of steel structures and products.

Knowledge of relevant legislation is a plus.

Good communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

Analytical capacity and problem-solving skills.

Ability to plan, organize, prioritize work, and meet deadlines.

Able to work independently and in a team.

Positive attitude and effective follow-up skills.
