About The Role
We are seeking a strategic and results driven Ancillary Project Manager to lead the development, implementation, and optimization of ancillary revenue initiatives across our airline’s portfolio. This role is pivotal in enhancing the customer experience while driving incremental revenue through products such as baggage, seat selection, onboard services, and other ancillary offerings.
Key Responsibilities
Project Management: Oversee the end to end delivery of ancillary product initiatives, from ideation and planning to launch and post-implementation review.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Commercial, Airline ICT, the MOVE team, Ground Operations, Finance, and other key internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of ancillary initiatives.
Product Development: Identify and develop new ancillary opportunities based on market trends, customer insights, and competitive benchmarking.
Performance Tracking: Monitor key deliverables, conduct post launch analyses, and continuously optimize offerings to increase product take up rates and customer satisfaction.
Vendor Management: Manage relationships with external partners and suppliers, oversee integrations, and ensure service quality and compliance.
Compliance & Risk: Ensure all ancillary initiatives adhere to aviation regulations, data privacy laws, and internal governance standards.
Reporting & Insights: Conduct performance analysis across business units, identify root causes, and recommend mitigation plans.
Insights Communication: Translate data outputs into strategic insights and effectively communicate findings to stakeholders.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Aviation, or a related field (MBA preferred).
Minimum 5 years of experience in the airline, travel, or e-commerce industries, with a focus on ancillary revenue, product, or project management.
Strong project management skills. PMP or Agile certification is a plus.
Analytical mindset with proficiency in data tools such as Google Excel, Google Sheet and other relevant platforms.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
