Job summary

A growing SaaS company in Malaysia is seeking a performance-driven Sales Lead to take ownership of their sales operations. In this Player-Coach role, you will manage sales strategies while also being prepared to step in and sell when needed. Ideal candidates will have at least 3 years of sales experience in SaaS or a similar field, and strong proficiency in Excel. This position offers opportunities for profit sharing and growth in leadership and team development.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in Sales, particularly in SaaS, Software, or B2B.
  • Proven track record of hitting personal targets and demonstrating leadership potential.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor daily lead flow and sales funnel while implementing fixes as needed.
  • Enforce SOPs to ensure the sales team meets monthly KPIs.
  • Act as liaison between sales and marketing to improve lead quality.
  • Drive new customer acquisition and enhance upsell strategies.
  • Analyze customer data to improve retention rates.
