Job summary
A dynamic recruitment firm in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Country Talent Acquisition Lead to develop regional strategies to support its growth initiatives in Southeast Asia. This role involves managing a high-performing recruitment function and collaborating with business leaders. Ideal candidates should have over 8 years of experience in talent acquisition and strong leadership skills. The position offers an opportunity to work in a fast-paced international environment, focusing on senior technical recruitments and regional challenges.
Qualifications
- More than 8 years of work experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment, including 5 years in a regional or leadership capacity.
- Expertise in senior talent acquisition and regulatory compliance.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute regional recruitment strategies to support business growth.
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for senior and critical technical roles.
- Manage and mentor the regional TA team and optimize recruitment channels.
- Build pipelines, conduct market mapping, and manage offer negotiations.
- Partner with business units and HQ on regional recruitment challenges.
