An educational institution in Kedah seeks a Marketing Officer to develop and implement strategies promoting TVET programmes. Responsibilities include planning promotional activities, managing marketing materials, and engaging with students. The ideal candidate has a diploma or degree in marketing, at least 2 years of experience in marketing, and proficiency in digital marketing tools. Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia are essential.
Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote TVET programmes to prospective students.
Plan and coordinate marketing and promotional activities, including education fairs, open days, roadshows, and digital campaigns.
Manage and update marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and digital content ensuring alignment with college branding.
Engage with potential students, parents, and stakeholders to provide information and support related to courses and enrolment procedures.
Collaborate with academic and administrative teams to support recruitment and outreach efforts.
Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activities to optimize marketing strategies.
Independently manage social media platforms and digital marketing campaigns to enhance the college’s online presence.
Prepare and submit regular reports on marketing activities and outcomes to management.
Attend and represent the college at various external events to boost student recruitment.
