Willingness to work shifts is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Technician in PCB or Electronic Manufacturing industry.
• Hands-on experience in machine troubleshooting, process control, and data analysis.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and on shifts or overtime when required.

Monitor process parameters, yield, and defects to identify root causes, implement corrective actions, and drive continuous improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, train operators, and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and 5S standards.
