A leading PCB manufacturing company in Perak is looking for a Technician to assist in optimizing and validating PCB manufacturing processes. The role involves equipment maintenance and supporting new product introduction. Ideal candidates should have 3-5 years of experience in the PCB or Electronic Manufacturing industry along with strong problem-solving skills and a team-oriented approach. Willingness to work shifts is required.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Technician in PCB or Electronic Manufacturing industry.
  • Hands-on experience in machine troubleshooting, process control, and data analysis.
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and on shifts or overtime when required.

Perform preventive maintenance, calibration, and troubleshooting of production equipment to minimize downtime and maintain efficiency. Support new product introduction (NPI), process transfer activities, and documentation preparation, including trial runs and reports. Monitor process parameters, yield, and defects to identify root causes, implement corrective actions, and drive continuous improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, train operators, and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and 5S standards.
