Qualifications

• 1-2 years hands-on experience in servicing fast food kitchen equipment.
• Candidate with own transport and GDL licence will be an advantage.
• Able to work after office hours and with minimum supervision.

Job description

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible in trouble shooting, maintenance and servicing of the kitchen equipment and electrical appliances
• Responsible to carry out scheduled preventive maintenance exercise and routine inspection check list
• Carry out reliable and effective maintenance work within timeline / standard
• To standby and carry out repair work after office hours (based on shift)
• Update and keep proper maintenance record file
• To assist supervisor in enhancement project to reduce downtime and improve quality
• To prepare maintenance report as and when required
• To evaluate and report on store maintenance condition
• To perform any other duties and responsibilities as and when necessary

Job Requirements

• Certificate / Diploma in M&E, Preferably Non-Executive specializing in Electrical or equivalent
• At least 1-2 years hands-on experience in servicing & repairing of fast food kitchen equipment's (eg: bun toaster, electric fryer etc)
• Candidate with own transport and have GDL licence will be an advantage
• Good spoken and written in Bahasa Malaysia and English
• Able to work after the office hour (on-call) and long hour
• Able to work with minimum supervision
• Willing to travel within Malaysia on frequent basis
