We are looking for a The Club & Guest Relations Supervisor based at Kerry Hotel Hong Kong!

• Understand guest preferences and provide quality service
• Greet VIP/Club guests and bid farewell
• Provide a smooth check-in and check-out experience, as well as F&B services to guests
• Handle inquiries and collect feedback from guests
• Ensure all interactions with guests are handled professionally and with care, adhering to hotel policies and procedures
• Supervise The Club & Guest Relations operation and workflow to maximize guests’ satisfaction

• Minimum 3 years of experience at the Front Office / Guest Relations in world-class service hotels
• Customer-oriented and self-motivated independent individuals
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Excellent command of spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
