Role

We are seeking a strategically minded Product Owner to lead the development of standardized product packages for SME clients in key verticals – including Elevator & Escalator, HVAC, Fire and Medical Equipment. Based in Singapore, you will stay close to client needs while driving modular, scalable product design that meets industry best practices.

Responsibilities
  • Work closely with SME clients (Elevator & Escalator, HVAC, Fire, and Medical Equipment) to understand their core operational flows and pain points.
  • Design the first version of standardized packages, including workflows, job templates, checklists, and configuration blueprints.
  • Ensure features are designed with scalability and reuse in mind, avoiding one‑off customization traps.
  • Collaborate with product designers, development teams, and QA to define scalable, repeatable implementations.
  • Build and maintain clear documentation and playbooks to support rollout, training, and onboarding.
  • Test and validate assumptions - clustering sector‑specific pain points and assessing feature fit and value - across clients within the same sector to ensure solution fit.
  • Track and analyze metrics for package adoption, performance, and client satisfaction.
Required Skills
  • 3–5 years of experience in product ownership, business analysis, or client‑facing implementation roles.
  • Experience working with SaaS platforms, especially in FSM, ERP, or B2B operations.
  • Excellent client communication and pattern recognition skills.
  • Strong analytical and documentation abilities.
  • Strategic thinker with execution discipline.
  • Understanding of SME business culture in Singapore is a strong plus.
