A leading language services provider is seeking Remote Contract Chuukese Interpreters to provide high-quality interpretation services. Responsibilities include consecutive interpretation, following protocols, and maintaining confidentiality. Candidates should have technical proficiency in English and a commitment to ethics. Qualifications
- Submission of updated Resume in English at time of Application.
- Completion of English Language Proficiency: technical proficiency (3 or higher).
- Successful completion of a Mockoral interpretation session.
- Completion of Propio's Medical Terminology Assessment, with a passing score.
- A full Background Check and Security Screen.
- Signed commitment to confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
Responsibilities
- Provides consecutive, first-person interpretation.
- Follows interpreter protocols required by clients.
- Implements policies related to information confidentiality.
- Continuously improves vocabulary and subject knowledge.
