Compile and produce data for the Fund Fact Sheets (FFS) timely to relevant bodies, including fund performance, pricing, and charts. Input data into the FFS template with consistency and accuracy, and collaborate with the Compliance Department to finalize the FFS, ensuring all regulatory requirements are met. Ensure timely upload of FFS to the EPF portal and TAIM Website.
Update the daily and monthly fund pricing information timely, ensuring accuracy and adherence to deadlines.
Update the marketing section of Product Highlight Sheets (PHS) to reflect current offerings and upload to relevant platforms for compliance purposes.
Draft and send professional letters such as fund termination notices, unit splits, and other notifications to unit holders.
Upload monthly income distribution and unit split notices to the company’s website.
Maintain a cohesive environment for inter-department collaboration—IUTA, Agency, Corporate & Institutional, and Customer Service.
Carry out other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management.
Requirements:
A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in marketing, preferably in the financial services sector.
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and marketing tools.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
