The company specializes in providing high-quality food products and services. It offers a range of food items, catering services, and food distribution to various clients, including restaurants, hotels, and events.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to deliveries.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance logistics processes and efficiency. Provide feedback and suggestions for improvement to the logistics management team.
• Develop and implement comprehensive logistics strategies to optimize the supply chain, reduce costs, and improve efficiency. This includes long-term planning for capacity, resources, and technology.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the logistics team. Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback and training opportunities.
• Oversee daily logistics operations, including warehousing, transportation, and distribution. Ensure that all logistics activities are aligned with company goals and customer requirements.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of working experience in Warehousing, Supply Chain, Logistics or related fields.
• Certification/Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics or related fields will be an advantage.
• Knowledge of Standard Operating Procedures for Warehouse, Supply Chain.
• Knowledge on routing and transport network optimization.
• Ability to handle a group of subordinates as well as co-workers.
• Languages: English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin (added advantage).
• Willing to work in Pandan Indah Industrial Park, Kuala Lumpur.
• Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8.00am to 5.00pm; Saturday 8.00am to 1.00pm.
