As a QA Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and functionality of our software products through manual and automated testing. You will work closely with developers and other QA team members to identify bugs, validate features, and maintain high standards of product reliability and usability.

Position: QA Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Execute manual and automated test cases for web and mobile applications
• Work with developers and product managers to define clear acceptance criteria and test requirements
• Report bugs and track them through resolution using issue tracking tools
• Document test results and provide feedback to the team on quality issues and improvements
• Contribute to test plan creation, maintenance, and execution in collaboration with the QA Lead
• Participate in sprint planning and QA discussions to ensure test coverage across features
• Support regression testing during release cycles to ensure product stability
• Maintain and improve automated testing scripts and frameworks (if applicable)

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• 2‑4 years of experience in QA / software testing, with both manual and automation test responsibilities.
• Familiarity with manual testing techniques and QA documentation practices
• Basic understanding of SDLC and agile methodologies
• Experience using issue tracking tools like JIRA or equivalent
• Experience testing web applications (desktop + mobile); preferably some exposure to cross‑platform / responsive design.
• Strong understanding of software testing fundamentals: functional testing, regression, integration, system, usability.
• Ability to derive test cases from requirements / user stories.
• Good at identifying edge cases, negative testing, exploratory testing.

Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)

• Experience with REST APIs and API testing practices(e.g Postman, or other Backend testing tools)
• Basic knowledge of SQL for data validation
• Hands‑on experience writing automated tests using at least one tool / framework (e.g. Selenium, Cypress, Playwright).
• Comfortable working with Mandarin documentation or test data
