Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Teaching & Learning

• Teach Biology (Lower Secondary & IGCSE) and General Science following Cambridge curriculum standards.
• Prepare high-quality lesson plans, teaching materials, lab activities, and assessments.
• Ensure all lessons incorporate critical thinking, scientific inquiry, and hands-on learning.
• Differentiate instruction to meet diverse student needs and abilities.
• Use data from assessments to improve lesson delivery and student outcomes.

Laboratory & Safety

• Conduct lab sessions following proper safety procedures.
• Manage laboratory equipment, materials, and requisitions.
• Guide students on safe scientific practices and inquiry-based experiments.

Student Development

• Monitor academic progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Support students’ emotional well-being and academic motivation.
• Conduct extra support or revision classes when necessary.

School Culture & Duties
