Responsibilities:
1. Loan Application Management
Oversee end-to-end mortgage loan processing, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
Review applications and supporting documents for completeness, compliance, and creditworthiness.
Coordinate with consultants to gather additional documents and resolve case issues.
2. Bank Relationship Management
Act as the main liaison between us and banks to facilitate approvals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with bank officers to improve approval speed and terms.
Negotiate loan conditions and stay updated with bank policies, regulatory changes, and market trends.
Guide and support consultants on bank strategy, documentation standards, and case structuring.
Set targets, monitor team performance, and provide ongoing coaching and feedback.
Conduct training and foster a collaborative, professional, and high-performance culture.
4. Properties Sourcing & Evaluation (Cash-Out Focus)
Source and identify high-potential properties suitable for cash-out refinancing based on market value, equity margin, and loan feasibility.
Build relationships with property agents, and other possible channels to maintain a consistent pipeline of valuable property stocks.
Work closely with consultants to recommend suitable properties that align with clients’ loan needs and maximize approval chances.
Requirements:
Diploma in finance, business administration, or a related field is an added advantage.
Proven experience as a mortgage loan processor, including managing loan applications and dealing with banks.
Strong knowledge of mortgage lending regulations, loan underwriting processes, and documentation requirements.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and negotiate effectively with clients and banking professionals.
Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a sales team, driving performance and achieving targets.
Sound understanding of the mortgage loan industry, its challenges, and current market conditions.
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Ability to consistently maintain a pipeline of high-quality, refinance-worthy properties.
