Duties and Responsibilities

The duties of an Indoor Sales include but are not limited to:

• Sales: Proactively identify sales opportunity and drive revenue by selling the laboratory supplies & accessories from Agilent and other renowned brands.
• Customer Support: Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues via phone and email.
• Team Work: Work with field sales team to grow the business
• Product Knowledge: Assist customers by providing detailed information about our products and services to help them make informed purchasing decisions.
• Post-Sales Support: Follow up with customers after purchases to ensure satisfaction and address any post-sales concerns.
• Cross-Selling & Upselling: Identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell additional products and services that meet customer needs.
• Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, fostering long-term loyalty and repeat business.
• Marketing Activities: Take part in the marketing activities such as exhibitions and set up booth during conferences/seminars.

Our requirement

• Science graduate preferably majoring in Chemistry, who is enthusiastic in talking to customers on products for their analysis
• Working experience in sales or laboratory is an advantage. Fresh graduates are welcome
• Responsible and able to work independently; proactive and result oriented.
• Eager to learn and willing to work hard to earn high income.
• Able to speak English and Bahasa Malaysia and have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities with a customer‑centric approach.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
