Job summary
A recruitment agency in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an experienced Outlet Manager for a Spa and Wellness Centre. The ideal candidate will manage operations across multiple branches, lead and motivate a team, and ensure high customer satisfaction. Candidates should have a diploma in hospitality or related fields and at least 5 years of experience in the beauty and wellness industry. The position offers a competitive package including RM6,000 salary plus commission, medical benefits, and training opportunities.

Responsibilities
- Manage spa operations, sales, staff scheduling & inventory.
- Manage, train, and motivate all spa employees across 4 branches.
- Lead, train & motivate a team of 10+ staff.
- Ensure sales targets & customer satisfaction are achieved.
- Handle customer feedback & resolve issues promptly.
Skills
Education
Polymorph Recruitment – Mont Kiara, Kuala Lumpur
- SPM/Diploma in Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Mgmt or equivalent.
- Fluent in English & BM.
- Good leadership & decision‑making skills.
- Prior experience in beauty & wellness industry preferred.
- Independent, confident & able to work shifts/weekends.
RM6,000 + Commission + Allowances. Prefer candidate with own accommodation. Short term hostel can be discussed.

2 weekdays off, shifts: 10am–7pm / 12pm–9pm
