KEY ROLES :

  • Provide comprehensive mental health support to students.

  • Promote emotional well-being and assist in resolving conflicts.

  • Organize wellness programs, mental health workshops, and crisis intervention strategies.
  • Maintain confidentiality and provide a safe space for students to express concerns.

REQUIREMENTS :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant working or teaching experience.
  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills with excellent command of spoken and written English.
  • Ability to understand and respect diverse backgrounds and experiences.
  • Skilled in assisting students with personal and academic challenges.
  • Provides support impartially, without bias or criticism.
  • Adheres strictly to confidentiality and ethical guidelines.
  • Flexible in handling various situations and addressing student needs.
