Job summary
A leading precast manufacturing company in Johor seeks a Maintenance Specialist to oversee preventive maintenance and troubleshoot machinery in the Hollow Core plant. The ideal candidate will have a diploma in engineering, a minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing, and a strong commitment to safety and quality standards. This role involves supervising repairs, providing technical support during installations, and ensuring all equipment functions optimally.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years experience in maintenance or supervision in manufacturing.
- Strong troubleshooting skills in machinery.
- Prior experience leading a team of workers.
Responsibilities
- Supervise repairing work based on work orders.
- Maintain and troubleshoot all machinery in the Hollow core plant.
- Provide technical support during machine installation and commissioning.
- Plan and execute preventive maintenance requirements.
