A telecommunications company in Johor is seeking a dedicated Channel Sales Executive responsible for achieving sales targets and managing channel performance. The role includes recruitment and expansion of business channels, leading teams to enhance sales, and providing market insights. Candidates should have strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, a minimum of SPM or diploma, and sales experience in the FMCG or telecommunications industry. Frequent travel is expected to fulfill the job requirements.

Responsible for the performance of region’s channels by achieving monthly sales target.
Responsible for recruitment and expansion of Business Channel and assigned territories to meet goals.
Responsible to ensure, managing, continual growth to the potential dealers as align with directions & sales targets.
Lead & motivate channels to achieve sales target, to organize and conduct regular training for channels and/or staffs in various aspect pertaining to sales of Tune Talk products & services.
Achieve monthly sales target allocated.
Co-ordinate operation sales flow between channels, Sales Support & Customer Service to ensure timely activations, delivery of POSM or products, and services to business customers.
Co-ordinate between channels and other departments/subsidiaries to ensure of all the flows are in well manner.
Track & monitor daily sales performance and reporting.
Conduct monthly State/Area Sales Performance review.
Identify & work with strategic Partners.
Provide market intelligence on other competitor's product, package offerings & sales activities, and at the same time to gather channels’ feedback on our own promotion and activities.
Develop and maintain strong dealer engagement to achieve sales objectives.
You will also be required to perform or undertake any other task as may be given from time to time by your immediate superior or by the Management.
Minimum SPM, Diploma or equivalent; higher education is a plus.
Excellent interpersonal, and communication skills.
Frequent travelling is required for work purposes.
Prior sales experience in FMCG or telecommunication or any other related industry required.
Self-motivated & result driven, including success in achieving progressively higher quota or other sales related goals.
Strong capability to establish long term relationship with channel clients and be able to manage and utilize multiple resources in the company toward the generation of solutions & integration of projects.
Excellent negotiation and selling skills.
Must have good characteristic, well-mannered, disciplined and a team player.
