A leading e-commerce company in Malaysia is seeking a dynamic E-commerce Manager to oversee daily online store operations and implement effective digital marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate should have a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in E-commerce or related fields, along with at least 2 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator is essential, alongside strong organizational and communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin. Manage the online store on a day-to-day basis (product listing, promotion & pricing changes, campaign banner management)
Use a variety of technical skills and software to complete production, including Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premiere, and After Effects
Add graphics, digitally improve picture quality, and ensure videos meet brand guidelines
Improve website and marketplaces content within brand guidelines, ensuring online stores are visually appealing, easy to navigate, and furnished with accurate, up-to-date content to optimize user experience.
Execute E-commerce daily operation, plan and monitor sales and promotions to meet KPI.
Plan and execute digital marketing strategies and advertising campaigns for online business through social media and search engines.
Identify market trends, potential products, target audience, and competitor activities in online market.
Handle online customer enquiries and complaints timely and professionally.
Monitor and improve inventory and fulfilment flow to meet customer expectations.
Maintain good business relationship with E-commerce marketplaces
