Zarakid Resources (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking a talented and organized Sales Admin Executive for Hardware to join our dynamic team in Melaka Tengah, Melaka. As a full‑time employee, you will play a crucial role in supporting our hardware sales operations, ensuring efficient and effective administrative processes.

What you’ll be doing
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including managing customer inquiries, order processing, and maintaining accurate records
  • Assist with the preparation of sales reports, proposals, and other documentation
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure the timely delivery of products and services to clients
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of administrative best practices
  • Maintain a positive and professional communication with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Perform other administrative duties as required to support the overall success of the hardware sales function
What we’re looking for
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar administrative or sales support role, preferably within the hardware or related industry
