Qualifications

Job description

Assist the Company Secretary in preparing and filing statutory documents with the Companies Commission of Malaysia (SSM) in accordance with the Companies Act 2016.

Maintain and update statutory records, registers, and minutes books.

Prepare board resolutions, minutes of meetings, and relevant secretarial documents.

Ensure timely lodgment of annual returns and other corporate filings.

Liaise with clients, auditors, tax agents, SSM, and other regulatory bodies.

Support incorporation of new companies and assist in changes to company structures (e.g., directors, shareholders, share capital, etc.).

Assist in drafting correspondences and ensure compliance with internal and regulatory deadlines.

Maintain proper filing and document control for all corporate secretarial documents.

Perform other administrative or secretarial duties as assigned.

Job Requirements
  • Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Corporate Administration, Law, or other related disciplines.
  • ICSA qualification (part or full) or currently pursuing is an added advantage.
  • Fresh graduates or candidates with 1 year of relevant experience are encouraged to apply.

  • Proficiency in Mandarin or other Chinese dialects is an added advantage to liaise with Mandarin‑speaking clients.
