Job description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Junior Account cum Administrative Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of accounting principles, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to multitask efficiently. Candidates with invoicing experience and proficiency in SQL accounting software will have an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities
Accounting Duties
  • Assist in daily accounting operations, including data entry, invoicing (e-invoice), and payments.
  • Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and ensure timely updates.
  • Handle accounts payable and receivable, including reconciliation of statements.
  • Assist in the monthly financial reports, support external audits and other documentation as needed.
  • Support in payroll processing, and compliance with financial regulations.
Administrative Duties
  • Perform general office administrative tasks such as filing & correspondence.
  • Maintain and organize company records, contracts, and agreements.
  • Handle any other administrative duties assigned by the management.
  • Experience with Salary report & EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB and HRDF submission is an advantage.
Academic Qualification
  • Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
Job Requirements
  • Basic knowledge of e-invoicing and its compliance requirements.
  • Experience with SQL accounting software is an advantage.
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
