Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Deliver personal and branch Banca sales target by providing financial advice according to client’s needs and profile.
  • Support Team Head / Group Sales Manager in driving referrals and branch activities.
  • Drive / execute Banca sales campaign, provide product training and other related activities.
  • Responsible and accountable on sales process, governance and compliance matter

Job Requirements

  • A recognized diploma / degree in any field. Must possess PCE & CEILI qualification
  • Minimum 2-3 years of working experience in Insurance Sales for High Net Worth customer segment.
  • Passionate about sales & possess strong commitment to achieve sales target
  • Has good interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate at all levels
  • A team player; proactive, outgoing, performance driven and flexible to changes
  • Enjoy meeting people and influential in sales
