Job Description
  • Responsible for managing regional/ China portfolios including evaluating their loan applications, conducting credit reviews, marketing and cross‑selling a wide range of banking products and services
  • Monitor overall facility utilisation and profitability of the assigned portfolio
  • Build rapport and develop meaningful networking to maintain account relationships with both existing and prospective clients
  • Build client loyalty by establishing a trusted advisor relationship, as ‘The Trusted Banker to call’
  • Identify clients’ needs and capture new financing and / or cross selling opportunities; negotiate for best margins to optimise profitability
  • Deliver both in terms of speed and quality for all KPIs assigned
  • Exposure in structuring cross border transaction and/or umbrella facility
  • Familiar with Malaysia Foreign Exchange Administration Rules (FEA)
  • Good understanding of the Group Relationship Manager and Field Relationship Manager framework
  • Ensure accuracy on customer due diligence (“CDD”) and Know Your Customer (“KYC”)
