Job description

We are seeking a motivated and energetic Land Surveyor to join our construction team. The successful candidate will work under the guidance of the Lead Surveyor to do survey fieldwork involving with total station, GPS, autolevel and other survey operating instruments. The candidate has to set-out position or level based from drawing, to collect field data and to prepare basic as built report.

Key Responsibilities
  • Field Work: setting up survey equipment, marking position & level based from information given and collecting as built data.
  • Data Management: properly record field data in written or digital form.
  • Documentation: analyse data and prepare basic survey report.
  • Collaboration: work with senior surveyors, supervisors, engineers and architects.
  • Communication: to clearly conveys the information of survey setting‑out given to related parties.
  • Safety Compliance: Enforce rigorous health and safety protocols and ensure all personnel comply with safety practices and regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Education: A Diploma or Degree in Land Surveying or Geomatics.
  • Experience: 4~6 years in survey works.
  • Technical Skills: able to calculate coordinates and level.
  • Knowledge: Basic knowledge of survey works.
  • Soft Skills: Must be a team player with attention to detail.
