A leading technology company in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Legal & Compliance Assistant for a temporary position of 4 months. The role involves managing day-to-day administrative tasks related to legal compliance, ensuring updates in the internal system, and coordinating annual audits. Candidates should have a bachelor's degree along with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. This opportunity offers a chance to support compliance activities and facilitate necessary training for the team.
Administrator for Legal & Compliance Dept and attend to the day-to-day administrative work for the dept, which involves extensive management and operations of the internal legal system.
To ensure major Legal updates and disputes update in the system.
To initiate and manage the annual compliance activities for the Team, and coordinate/compile all necessary documentary evidence for annual audits e.g. HQ/SEAO/GPPM.
Support all non-legal requests/queries from other depts/stakeholders internally.
Arrange and ensure staff attend legal and compliance training.
Monitor agreement submission in system, contract management and completion on timely manner.
REQUIREMENTS
Candidate must possess at least a bachelor\'s degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Business Studies/ Administration/ Management or related field
Excellent in Microsoft Power Point, Excel and Word
