Job summary

A leading technology company in Kuala Lumpur is looking for an individual to monitor marketing expenses, handle vendor inquiries, and manage accounting tasks. The ideal candidate should possess at least a Diploma in Finance/Accountancy/Banking and have 3 years of accounting experience, although fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is essential, with experience in managing marketing funds considered a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor marketing expenses budget and payment settlement.
• Handle vendor inquiries and payment matters.
• Check posting of fixed payment vouchers in SAP.
• Verify expenses reports.
• Prepare for quarter and year-end closing.
• Assist in the audit process.
• Maintain prepayment and accrual lists.
• Perform account analysis and manage documentation.

• Prepare and maintain prepayment and accrual list


• Perform account analysis and maintain monthly documentation binder for all necessary accounts

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor\'s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.


• 3 years experience in accounting is preferred for the role. Account Generalist or fresh graduate are welcome to apply as well.


• Good in Microsoft Excel and Power Point


• Experience in managing marketing funds will be a good to have for the role.
