Lease Administration & Real Estate Compliance Lead
Responsible to manage lease administration and agreements of the Bank and prepare instruction for monthly rental payment via GPS system - Contract Management and Payment Module.
Responsible to provide real estate advisory and services to Business Units (“BUs”) in order to source and acquire premises in order to fulfill the real estate requirements of the Bank.
Responsible to manage the lease administration and agreement in accordance to the guided Department’s Policies & Procedures and all related compliances.
Responsible to manage Bank owned properties i.e. to update the property value from time to time, as and when required, to evaluate the usage of the property and propose for disposal of vacant or underutilized property.
