Responsibilities

• Monitor, review and analyze performance to ensure results are on track and if not recommend solutions.
• Achieve team level sales target of all assigned products, including cross sell target.
• Source, select and recruit sales people.
• Mentor top performing sales staff to become future sales manager.
• Supervise sales people to ensure that they meet activity standard.
• Source new developers’ channel for end financing projects and other alternate channels for sub sales market.
• Prepare developers’ launching schedule and ensure sales executives active participation.
• Coach sales people to achieve the targeted approval rate.
• Lead all staff to meet the bank’s compliance procedures and guidelines.
• Retain performing and potential sales people.
• Motivate and counsel sale people to be high performers.
