As an IT Support (Data Center) professional, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of the company's data center infrastructure.
- Handle faults and incidents involving GPU servers, CPU servers, network devices, and links based on business needs, ensuring rapid diagnosis and resolution.
- Respond to daily work orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Coordinate and manage on‑site maintenance and repair tasks with vendors and network equipment providers.
- Respond promptly to incidents and track issue resolution.
- Must be able to read and write in Chinese.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Diploma or Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or any related field.
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Eager to learn and work in a team‑based environment.
- Rotational shifts if required.
- Strong interest in data center operations and IT infrastructure.
- Relevant certifications in IT support, networking, or data center operations would be an advantage.
