A leading global ICT solutions provider is seeking a candidate to analyze network pain points and support pre-sales solutions in Kuala Lumpur. The ideal applicant will have a bachelor's degree in ICT and 1-2 years of experience in fixed networks. Excellent English communication, a solid understanding of fixed network technologies, and good project management skills are essential. Collect and analyze the network pain points of operators in the Asia Pacific Region to support the representative office in developing pre‑sales solutions related to fixed networks.
Support fixed network projects by providing network insights and assisting in target network planning; contribute to high‑level solution design based on customer requirements.
Participate in market branding activities; attend industry events, technology forums, and deliver presentations to promote the company's fixed network solutions.
Bachelor's degree or above in ICT‑related fields (e.g., Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Science).
1–2 years of experience in fixed network planning or related roles preferred.
Solid understanding of fixed network technologies and telecommunications solutions.
Familiarity with ICT products in relation to fixed network implementation and support.
Good knowledge of ICT environments, industry dynamics, and business trends.
Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
Team player with good project management capabilities; self‑motivated, result‑driven, and able to work independently.
