This is a full-time IT Support role based in Cheras, Kuala Lumpur, offering the opportunity to join the team at Light Layer Technology Sdn Bhd, a leading provider of Internet Data Center (IDC) technology solutions. As an IT Support (Data Center) professional, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of the company's data center infrastructure.

What you’ll be doing

• Handle faults and incidents involving GPU servers, CPU servers, network devices, and links based on business needs, ensuring rapid diagnosis and resolution.
• Respond to daily work orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Coordinate and manage on‑site maintenance and repair tasks with vendors and network equipment providers.
• Respond promptly to incidents and track issue resolution.

• Must be able to read and write in Chinese.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Diploma or Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or any related field.
• Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Eager to learn and work in a team‑based environment.
• Rotational shifts if required.
