Job Purpose

To support the company’s strategic and operational goals by gathering and analyzing data, identifying business opportunities, preparing reports, and assisting in the execution of strategic initiatives. The role works closely with various departments to ensure alignment between business performance and strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct research and analysis on market trends, competitors, industry developments, and internal performance data.
  • Support the Strategy Officer in formulating, tracking, and executing strategic initiatives.
  • Prepare business performance reports, dashboards, and presentations for management decision-making.
  • Work with cross-functional teams (e.g., operations, finance, sales, HR) to collect data and monitor the progress of strategic projects.
  • Identify areas of improvement and propose solutions to enhance operational efficiency and business outcomes.
  • Assist in business forecasting, budgeting support, and scenario planning activities.
  • Document business processes, workflows, and project milestones.
  • Provide support in strategic meetings, workshops, and business planning sessions.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Statistics, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of relevant working experience (preferably in strategy, business planning, or analytics).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
