The role works closely with various departments to ensure alignment between business performance and strategic objectives.
- Conduct research and analysis on market trends, competitors, industry developments, and internal performance data.
- Support the Strategy Officer in formulating, tracking, and executing strategic initiatives.
- Prepare business performance reports, dashboards, and presentations for management decision-making.
- Work with cross-functional teams (e.g., operations, finance, sales, HR) to collect data and monitor the progress of strategic projects.
- Identify areas of improvement and propose solutions to enhance operational efficiency and business outcomes.
- Assist in business forecasting, budgeting support, and scenario planning activities.
- Document business processes, workflows, and project milestones.
- Provide support in strategic meetings, workshops, and business planning sessions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Statistics, or related field.
- 2–4 years of relevant working experience (preferably in strategy, business planning, or analytics).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is an advantage.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively across departments.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and execution skills.
- Strategic thinker with ability to translate analysis into actionable business insights.
- Collaborative mindset – comfortable working with cross-functional teams across multiple countries.
