Qualifications

• At least 3 years of working experience in a production environment.

• Ability to work on a rotating shift schedule (3 shifts).
• Medical device background is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Delivery of all key performance metrics on a particular shift/project.
• Liaising with warehousing and quality assurance for prompt shipment.
• Maintaining GMP / Housekeeping at a high level.
• Cross-functional management of QA, materials, and HR support.
• Interacting with other manufacturing teams to prioritize backorders.
• Administration duties including Time and Attendance system.
