- Provide technical support and advise on the application of UPS and power electronics products
- Analyse customer requirements and recommend appropriate product configurations
- Develop technical solutions to meet customer needs
- Assist in the preparation of technical documentation, proposals and presentations
- Collaborate with the Engineering and Project team to identify opportunities for product improvements
- Participate in training and knowledge sharing to enhance the technical capabilities of the team
- Maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners
- Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or a related Engineering discipline
- Minimum 1‑2 years of experience in a similar technical engineering role.
- Talented fresh graduates will be considered.
- Solid understanding of power electronics technologies and their applications
- Excellent problem‑solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively liaise with customers
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with industry standards, regulations and safety requirements
