Job Responsibilities

• Deploying a wide variety of wireline services (Realtime/Memory Logging & Perforation), from Uzma wireline portfolio at the wellsite, in line with Uzma and Customers expectations, at the highest standard service delivery and safety cultures.
• Managing the safe and efficient rig up and down of wireline tools and equipment including the Mast and pressure control equipment, demonstrate the competencies, through the industry recognized training.
• Acquiring and delivering high quality data from Uzma services to our clients to meet their data acquisition objectives.
• Have a thorough understanding and competency in oilfield wireline operations and services (advanced Cased-hole services). Be competent in perforating operations, production logging, cement bond logging and pulse neutron logging
• Supervising and managing a wireline crew of moderate size, maintaining the crew morale at the highest at all time.
• Supervising equipment at the wellsite and at the shop to provide specific logging and well intervention services.
• Be able to communicate clearly and confidently with the client representative at the wellsite.
• Advising Customer Representative with the logging operations; basic interpretation of logging data, troubleshooting and wellsite analysis.
• Able to lead the investigation to reproduce the failure at surface and performing the root cause analysis with effective closed action items to avoid the future reoccurrence.

Job Requirements

• Minimum degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years’ experiences in the field related to Wireline cased hole operations – Logging and perforation, in offshore / platform environments.
• Willing to base in Labuan and travel/work to Kemaman, Miri, Bintulu and/or Kota Kinabalu for short term assignments, onshore and offshore (if required).
• Junior position is available, fresh graduate is welcomed to apply.
• Proficient in communication and writing in both English and Malay.
