Digital Engagement Executive (Fresh Graduate)

As a Digital Nurturing Executive based at INTI International University & College (Subang Campus), you’ll engage prospective students through personalized, data-driven communication—guiding them toward informed education choices and enhancing the overall student experience.

What you'll be doing:

• Engage & influence prospects using selling skills & INTI Program Counselling Methodologies to build complete higher education discovery solutions while maintaining a balance of high velocity and high sales service that inspires.
• Drive new international student enrollments to organization.
• Achieve given sales target within cycle.
• Perform outbound touch points to drive Enrollments to INTI campuses via digital communication technology.
• Handling inbound enquiries from online, social media, email and live chat sources.
• Provide face‑to‑face counseling to online lead prospects.
• Assist with student’s eligibility checking, visa application, airport pick up and medical checkup arrangements.
• Maintain and update prospect information into state‑of‑the‑art Customer Relations Management system.
• Use all relevant sales tools to achieve the above to drive growth and exceed department goals.

What we're looking for:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
• Applicants must have own transport.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Subang Jaya, Selangor.
• Has good interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization.
• Has outstanding communication skills - both written and oral (English and Malay). The ability to speak Mandarin is an added advantage.
• Dynamic, persuasive and passionate about sales.
• Willing to work in fast‑paced environment.
