Job summary

A local bakery in Malaysia is seeking a Food Service Team Member to prepare and serve menu items. Candidates must have at least SPM/ STPM and be passionate about the food and beverage industry. Responsibility

• Prepare and serve menu items (bagels, all day breakfast, pasta & sourdough pizza) in accordance with production requirements.
• Ensure day to day operation runs smoothly accordance to the SOP.
• Performing basic cleaning duties and ensuring that work stations and kitchen are properly sanitized.
• Receiving deliveries and verifying that all ordered items have been delivered and are of good quality.
• Taking inventory of restaurant supplies and notifying the supervisor of low or depleted supplies.
• Discarding all expired and spoiled food items stored in the stock rooms, refrigerators, and freezers.
• Plating and presenting meal items as per the Kitchen Head instructions.
• Carry out any other duties as required by management.
