Assist in the tender process including preparing tender documents, taking-off quantities, sourcing quotations, evaluating submissions, and preparing comparison sheets for management review.

Support in evaluating contractor quotations, progress claims, variation orders, and participate in preparing Final Account documentation.

Assist in both pre-contract and post-contract administration, including updating cost data, monitoring project budget, and liaising with consultants and contractors on contractual matters.

Participate in site meetings and conduct site valuation to verify progress, measurements, and compliance with approved drawings and specifications.

Assist in preparing cost estimates, budget forecasts, and internal cost control reports for ongoing development projects.

Maintain proper documentation, filing, and record-keeping to ensure all QS-related information is organized, accurate, and audit-ready.

Highlight potential cost discrepancies, material variations, or issues that may impact project cost or completion timeline.

Perform other QS-related duties assigned by the management to support smooth project execution.

Requirements
  • Possess at least a Certificate, Diploma, or Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
  • 1–3 years experience in QS or fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel & Word) and familiar with Windows-based software.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision and deliver tasks efficiently.
  • Required language(s): Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Melayu to effectively communicate with our diverse client base and stakeholders.
