Manufacturing Product Engineer - Fresh Graduate (Start ASAP)

Join Texas Instruments as a Manufacturing Product Engineer to support production, improve processes, and manage new product introductions in semiconductor manufacturing.

Your Role

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting daily production issues at test floor and wafer probe, including low yield analysis and setup failure debug/analysis and resolution (hardware and software)
  • Engaging in productivity improvement projects such as yield improvement, test time reduction, test insertion removal, and legacy tester conversion
  • Supporting new product release from development site and performing rigorous buyoff for new test systems per manufacturing requirements
  • Leading and supporting introduction of new tools, equipment, and test processes to manufacturing, including qualification and change management approval
About You
  • Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electrical & Electronics Engineering (E&E)
  • Cumulative GPA of 3.3/4.0 or higher
  • Fresh graduates or less than 2 years of relevant working experience
  • Knowledge of Device Physics, Circuit Analysis, and Data Analysis (preferred)
  • Proficiency in coding and programming (C/C++) (preferred)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in teams and collaborate across functions
  • Strong time management skills for on-time project delivery
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, interrupt-driven environment
  • Experience with ATE and manufacturing background is an added advantage
